About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, sales staff, distribution, purchasing, manufacturing, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize professional written and verbal communication skills to process orders, respond to customer inquiries, and provide product information via phone, email, or fax.
- Research and resolve customer complaints, expedite deliveries, and track order activity to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Foster open communication internally and externally, championing creative change to improve processing and service levels, and providing guidance to new or less experienced staff.
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure responsiveness to customer needs, and work closely with distribution, purchasing, manufacturing, and marketing teams to maintain a seamless customer experience.

Essential Qualifications
- A.S. degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three years' experience in a successful customer-facing environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in the manufacturing or electrical industry is required, with a plus for experience in data centers and extensive product knowledge.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred, with a plus for experience in data analysis and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $38,000 - $48,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
