Job Summary

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service related field, preferably in a healthcare or health insurance setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously
