**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems to provide exceptional customer service
* Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and retention
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
* Upsell products and services to customers as needed to drive revenue growth
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with software applications, including CRM systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient use of time
