About the Opportunity

We're excited to offer a Customer Service Representative position that will initially involve 90 days of onsite training at our Orlando office, followed by a transition to remote work. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and driving business growth. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, is proficient in computer programs, and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and texts to fulfill orders, address inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process and manage order forms, including payment processing, to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer requests.
• Identify, escalate, and route issues to the relevant resources, and follow up as needed to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records by documenting each customer interaction in our tracking system.
• Provide support for customer applications, e-learning offerings, and special projects as required, demonstrating versatility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), comply with relevant laws and organizational policies, and contribute to system enhancements and procedure updates.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
• 2-5 years of customer service experience, showcasing your ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
• Strong attention to detail, versatility, and multi-tasking skills, with proven accuracy in completing repetitive tasks.
• Punctuality, adherence to schedule, confidentiality, and integrity, reflecting your commitment to professionalism and reliability.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office, to efficiently manage customer interactions and perform tasks.
• A willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
