About the Role

- Stay informed about company updates, new products, and campaigns to provide customers with the most current information, and collaborate with team members to identify and address common customer concerns, improving service and processes.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience handling inquiries across multiple channels (phone, chat, social media, email), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak and write clearly and effectively, and maintain a professional and empathetic tone in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with Gorgias or similar customer service software is highly preferred, as well as strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting, with proficiency in managing chat tools, social media platforms, and basic computer skills.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
