As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers, handling ticketing and baggage check-in processes, and providing assistance with routing, experience planning, and gate boarding. **How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing**
At arenaflex, we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers. As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
* Owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the perfect travel documentation.
* Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts. Some luggage may weigh as much as 70 pounds.
* Operating loading bridges.
* Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
* Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
* Scheduling is based on operational needs. Shifts range from early morning to overnight. Each station is awesome based on its individual flight schedule. You can also work between 20 and 40 hours steady with a week based on your seniority.

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

* Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
* Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work within the United States.
* Proficiency in English.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
* Possess primary digital literacy.
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT). You can prepare for the PAT through the manner of approach of searching this video.
* Pass a Customer Service Assessment.
