Job Summary
We're looking for experienced customer service professionals to join our team as 1st Shift Customer Service Representatives. As a Live Rep, you'll work independently from home, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions with a focus on providing exceptional service and support. This is a 1099 contract position, with a schedule of 35-40 hours per week, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work independently from home, utilizing our state-of-the-art technology and tools to manage customer interactions
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including sales and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements and Qualifications
