About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers. Key Responsibilities

- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work weekends and have a strong typing speed, as well as proficiency in data entry and internet navigation. Additionally, you will need to have a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with a PC that meets our technical requirements, including:
- PC with at least Windows 7
- Dual monitors
- USB headset
- Consistent, reliable high-speed internet access
Essential Qualifications
- Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
- Must be able to work weekends
- Proficient with the internet, data entry, and ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
- Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience working in a call center or remote work environment
- Strong knowledge of industries we serve, including Home Services
- Ability to speak multiple languages
