Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, video chat, or other means of communication as appropriate, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Support customers by troubleshooting problems and finding solutions, utilizing your excellent knowledge of our products/services and industry trends.
- Assure that all conversations are handled in a tactful yet assertive manner, providing friendly service while maintaining accountability for the quality of work.
- Document all communications on the appropriate channels (CRM system) as required, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of all blithequark products/services and industry trends to accurately answer questions about products/services and provide pertinent information about competitors.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of how to use CRM software, ensuring efficient and effective use of our systems.
Requirements

- Must have an ethernet internet connection, ensuring reliable and stable connectivity.
