Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling a high volume of customer calls, emails, and messages. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer requests, resolve issues, and provide solutions to customer concerns
- Oversee and determine customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
- Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information on flights, routes, and schedules
- Recognize and address customer needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations
- Screen flights, verify customer information, and make necessary changes to customer reservations

- Conscientious and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a high-volume environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and other non-traditional hours as required by the Call Center schedule
- Ability to learn, understand, and communicate the terms and conditions of our company's Agreement of Carriage
- Ability to become proficient in various software and reservation systems used by our company
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Knowledge of the airline industry and its operations
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
