**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
* Working with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring efficient use of resources
* Ensuring invoices are accurate and sent to customers in a timely manner
* Running reports and analyzing data to recommend process changes to improve productivity and efficiency
* Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals
**Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
* Attention to detail, team player, and self-starter mentality
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
