Job Overview: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible shopping experience. - Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store, taking pride in your work and ensuring that our store is always looking its best.
- Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Perform all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Position Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
- Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments. If you have a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
