Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Tier 1 Support specialist. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in providing top-tier service, handling inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your primary goal will be to address customer questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner, striving to create quick resolutions and joyful experiences for every interaction.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding orders, product information, delivery statuses, and other inquiries.
- Quickly and efficiently resolving customer issues, including late or incorrect orders, delivery concerns, and product questions, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.
- Assisting customers in placing, tracking, and modifying their orders, as well as processing refunds or replacements as needed.
- Staying up to date with blithequark's product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintaining a friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all interactions, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
- Accurately documenting customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system to ensure a clear history of service.
- Identifying when issues require escalation to higher support tiers or other departments (e.g., operations, marketing, supply chain) and ensuring resolution is accomplished and ticket is closed.
- Collecting and relaying customer feedback regarding products and service to help improve the overall customer experience.
- Managing multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat) while maintaining a high level of service and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Customer Service experience in a consumer-facing industry, such as retail or hospitality.
- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products.
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus.
