Job Summary

As a TSA Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting customers with TSA Precheck enrollment and other services. You'll work in a collaborative and inclusive environment, helping customers realize an easier flying experience and initiating background checks and other services for various federal or state programs. During the 8-10 week onboarding period, you'll also be cross-trained to support other areas of the store.
