Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Escalate complex issues to senior customer service representatives or management as needed
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
