**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. **Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
* Provide solutions to help customers better understand their coverage and options
* Offer empathetic and patient support to customers, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
* Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as needed
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies, procedures, and best practices
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Requirements**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $27.90
