Job Overview: Customer Service Representative - Work from Home

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members understand their coverage and options
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client groups
- Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
- Offer solutions to simplify our members' health care experience, leveraging your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve business objectives and drive success
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
- At least 6 months of health care experience

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
