As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in continuing subscriptions and trials to existing customers, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems. You will be responsible for delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives, adhering to standard contact procedures, and building relationships with customers to overcome prospect objections. **Key Responsibilities**
* Contact existing customers on behalf of arenaflex's clients, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
* Upgrade or resubscribe their services, delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives
* Deliver productivity results (contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy) that meet client performance objectives
* Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
* Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards
**Requirements**
* Must be a North Carolina Resident
* Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
* Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience are highly preferred
* Professional vocabulary
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written
* Assertive, quick thinking
* Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
* Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus!
* Good computer skills
