**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* **Providing Support:** Addressing customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.
* **Problem-Solving:** Troubleshooting technical issues, managing subscription inquiries, and assisting with account-related questions.
* **Customer Engagement:** Ensuring an exceptional user experience by providing solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
* **Feedback Collection:** Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights to help improve services.
* **Documentation:** Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via multiple channels (chat, email, phone)

**Requirements:**
