**Role Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met

* Meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) set by the Customer Success Supervisor

**Role Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and communication tools
