Job Summary
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, creating and maintaining strong client relationships, and scaling our customer success efforts long-term. You will work closely with our Business, Product, and Engineering teams, reporting to the Head of Success. Your primary objective will be to understand our clients' needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure their continued success with our ChatGPT product.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty among our ChatGPT clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives and needs
- Design and execute client training and enablement sessions using a "train the trainer" model to enable scale
- Create and implement client success plans, outlining objectives, expected challenges, KPIs, and timelines
- Develop best practices, guides, and FAQs based on interactions with clients, ensuring knowledge sharing across the team
- Gather and communicate client feedback to internal stakeholders, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate closely with the Outreach team to ensure seamless handoffs between pre- and post-sales
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- A strong track record of delivering and scaling exceptional client experiences
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders
- The ability to proactively identify pain points in the product and with our clients
- A humble attitude, a passion for helping others, and a desire to learn and grow with the team
- High energy, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with sweeping ownership
