We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and action-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful adoption and ongoing usage of blithequark's services within the schools we serve. You will work closely with our Account Management and Implementation teams to establish a robust infrastructure for school support, focusing on building strong relationships with school partners, including school mental health and physical health staff, principals, and their communities.

The total compensation for this role is market-competitive, with a base salary range of $80,000 - $90,000, up to $10,000 annual bonus, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
