About the Role

As a Customer Success Operations Manager at blithequark, you will play a vital role in enabling the systems, workflows, and insights that help our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) work smarter, not harder. Your primary objective will be to execute the operational strategy, support tools and platforms, and streamline processes to ensure our CSMs can focus on delivering exceptional value to our customers.
