Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams, including Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Revenue Cycle, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to improve customer experiences
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, to accomplish multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Operate office equipment, including multi-lined phones, printers, faxes, copiers, and scanners, to perform job duties
- Maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and/or Revenue Cycle, or related fields
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize assignments, and work within standardized operating procedures
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of customer billing, and revenue cycle processes
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, or other customer support tools
