This is a full-remote, contractor position, offering 40 hours of work per week. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be working on a night shift, with flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments. The shift will be from 15:30-24:00 CET, from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, with a margin of +/- one hour to fit your schedule. You will be responsible for providing 24/7 customer support to our clients, working from anywhere in the world, and collaborating with our team to deliver outstanding support.
