**Job Summary**
We're looking for experienced Customer Support Agents to join our team and help deliver outstanding service during our busy season. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for answering all inbound customer support inquiries, effectively diagnosing customer needs, and ensuring all are addressed. This is a seasonal position expected to run from July 1st to October 2025, with a base pay of $20.00 per hour.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Agent, you will:
* Deliver extraordinary customer service and build positive rapport on every interaction
* Manage your time effectively and respond to incoming calls in a timely manner
* Accurately document call details and customer interactions
* Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution

**Compensation and Perks**
