**Position Description**
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and answering questions to the best of your ability
* Working with a variety of clients, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
* Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
* Collaborating with your team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Support Associate, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
* Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
* A computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements:
+ Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better)
+ Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher
+ RAM: 8GB or more
* A webcam
* High-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
* A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
* Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
