Key Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Offer accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services through online chat, ensuring customers are well-informed.
- Skillfully gather appointment information to schedule appointments and maximize lead generation opportunities.
- Capture and record customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring seamless follow-up.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs, providing valuable insights for client review and future improvements.
- Continuously develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying ahead of the curve.
Essential Qualifications
