Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for completing inbound/outbound clinical trial recruitment screenings, patient scheduling, and support services for clinical studies. Providing outstanding customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders is our first priority. Through phone, email, and chat interactions, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every interaction. Work Schedule

This is a full-time (up to 40 hours per week) position, with availability needed between the hours of 12 PM - 10 PM EST. Days include Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with the 5th day being flexible. Overtime is limited and generally not permitted, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance and supporting your overall well-being.
