**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Resolving customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Completing assigned projects from your support manager to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Identifying and resolving customer issues using the HireVue system, a cutting-edge technology that enables efficient issue resolution
* Documenting and managing cases for each support interaction to maintain accurate records and improve future support processes
* Recommending process improvements and reporting trends/issues to your supervisor to drive continuous improvement
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
* Positive attitude and drive for continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Expert reading and writing skills to accurately document customer interactions and communicate with customers
* Proficient with technology and troubleshooting technical issues to provide efficient support
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, with technical support experience a plus
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system to streamline customer interactions and improve support processes
