**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
* Resolving complex problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to senior team members or management
* Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests to relevant teams or stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our call center database, including customer interactions and issue resolutions
* Participating in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services
* Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to resolve complex issues and provide expert-level support to customers
* Assisting in the training of new hires and participating in quality assurance activities to ensure exceptional customer experiences
* Developing and implementing reporting requirements as directed by supervisors or managers
* Handling customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, or other communication channels
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or related role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in using CRM software, databases, and other technical tools to manage customer interactions and data
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
