**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a timely and efficient manner.
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to ensure seamless operations.
* Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our processes and services.
* Upselling when required to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* The ability to successfully pass the skills assessment (digital interview) to demonstrate your technical skills and customer service expertise.
* Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong desktop computer system skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
* Logical problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Ability to type 25 words per minute to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.
* Organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
