Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional live chat support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support, mentor, and motivate your team members to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
- Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, ensuring that our customer expectations are met
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as required
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, as required
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, as required
- Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather, as required
- Continuously climb and descend stairs, as required (applies to sites with stairs)
