**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform mechanical services and light maintenance on soft drink fountain equipment according to company standards.
* Investigate and troubleshoot issues with pop fountain equipment.
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition.
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs.
* Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer support-oriented organizations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
* Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and effective support.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude to repair machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Adaptability to work on weekends, Saturdays, and Sundays as needed
