About the Role

We're seeking an experienced CVS Pharmacy Technician to join our innovative Remote office. As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a critical role in our pharmacy operations, ensuring that patients receive their medications accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to quickly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions
• Provide caring support that exceeds client expectations, ensuring a positive patient experience
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all Government, State, and Local regulations and guidelines
• Complete all necessary training and certification requirements, as per your State's Board of Pharmacy guidelines
• Utilize available tools and training to build your clinical, technical, and safety knowledge and expertise
• Perform tasks that require attention to detail, numerical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and colleagues through verbal and written communication

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong foundation in relevant areas, including pharmacy operations, customer service, and communication
• The ability to focus on a task for an extended period without being distracted
• Excellent client service skills, with a proactive approach to helping others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
• Numerical thinking skills, with the ability to use math to solve problems
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and choose the best solution
• Physical stamina to stay standing on your feet for extended periods, move around the workspace, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, clinical, or customer service setting
• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• PTCB National Certification (apply during the hiring process)
