About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced analytics methodologies (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions.
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet client needs and untapped content opportunities.
- Predict content engagement to guide acquisition decisions and optimize content launch and episode release strategies.
- Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention, and ideate new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business forward and effectively communicate insights through compelling data storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic and tactical decisions, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of driving business decisions through data insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python programming languages.
