**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Mechanization and Development group at blithequark. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a set of KPIs to quantify the effectiveness of our initiatives and drive business growth.
- Design and lead the improvement of the data pipeline and dashboards to distribute these metrics and report progress towards our objectives.
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify business issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business intelligence solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence, with a strong focus on data visualization and reporting.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and large data tools (e.g., Hive).
- Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience driving a team of analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
