Key Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to internal teams and functional partners.

- Work with various data systems and provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and resolve metrics-based issues.

- Collaborate with Data Architects and system architects to support documentation and implementations of database designs.
- Develop strategic decision-making frameworks and write scripts that help automate and scale processes.

- Support Planning and Delivery Activities with ad-hoc requests from partners.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or technical fields.
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science.
- Experience working with data and data manipulation software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet.
- Understanding of social database design and capability.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
