**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Data Analyst / Online Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining data pipelines to support business procedures and data-driven decision making
* Creating dashboards on Power BI and Excel to provide insights and drive business outcomes
* Developing and enforcing data quality standards and management to ensure data integrity and accessibility
* Collaborating with Monitoring and Business Analysts to understand business needs and obtain business sign-offs for data requirements
* Creating scalable data pipelines and data architecture to support business growth
* Utilizing data storytelling principles to create clear and impactful data visualizations on Power BI
* Helping automate existing business processes and improving exception-based reporting
* Partnering with IT and business stakeholders to discover, analyze, and implement new data variables (data mining)
* Evaluating large datasets to identify relevant patterns and provide actionable insights
* Validating data for formality and resolving discrepancies
* Researching and remediating data errors
* Participating in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods
* Examining and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing reviews to team leaders on areas that need attention
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in comprehensive data analysis
* Strong experience working with Power BI, including Dimensions, Solutions, Filters, Computed Fields, makeovers, parameters, conditional formatting, DAX queries, Interactions, etc.
* Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code
* Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex SQL queries to create files and analytics
* Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations
* Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures
* Problem-solving skills with statistical analysis and large data sets highly preferred
* Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query
* Experience with Smartsheets
