Job Summary As a Data Analyst at Tesla, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive performance optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that enhance our products and services. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide insights into our operations and customer behavior. Key Responsibilities Design and develop compelling reports and visualizations to inform stakeholders, leadership, and Semi clients Support data engineering teams to extract and evaluate data from vehicles, enabling trend analysis, part trials, and service opportunities Create automated reports on fleet performance and safety Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish data pipelines and ensure data integrity Write clean, tested code that can be maintained and extended by other analysts Provide data insights to the business development team and contribute to client-facing materials Analyze time-series data from vehicle logs to identify trends and patterns Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in Python and SQL Self-motivated and quick learner with the ability to think critically in a rapidly changing data landscape Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar Experience with time-series data, such as CAN, is a plus Proven ability to extract insights and conclusions from large, complex datasets Excellent organizational and communication skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Tesla, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
