Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst – Work Process Frameworks Examiner to join our Stage Services and Tasks team in Center Operating System. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing pivotal work process tooling at scale. Your expertise will empower groups to deliver high-quality software through top-tier design experiences, efficient workflows, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Design and develop work process tooling at scale to support the delivery of high-quality software Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive work process improvement initiatives in both quality and efficiency Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key data, identify trends, and inform business decisions Translate data into actionable insights, identifying patterns and areas for improvement within large datasets Research and analyze the current state of software development workflows, identifying foundational challenges and areas for improvement Work with a team of data scientists and full-stack engineers to design and develop targeted experiences through interactive dashboards using Tableau Partner with teams to integrate insights into their ongoing monitoring and development cycles Monitor the results of your contributions and regularly report on wins and challenges to senior leadership Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of professional experience in software development as a data analyst, programmer, or technical PM Experience driving execution across diverse partner groups towards a unified objective A solid understanding of SDLC and Quality Management The ability to blend key performance metrics, present strategy and process suggestions to all levels of management Success in investigating and reporting work processes/processes into workflow graphs Experience working with data; querying and representation, the presentation of quantitative data, using Tableau Experience driving client relationships; comfortable presenting to groups, gathering and implementing feedback Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Exceptional skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, and standards of engaging analysis, including advanced Tableau development A proven history of influencing positive results across a distributed organization with formal organizational change methods Knowledge of DevOps metrics, and LEAN software delivery principles Experience in software development; understanding of build pipelines, combining, test frameworks and strategies, and the delivery of code Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Apple, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
