Main Responsibilities
As a data entry clerk and product tester, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries
- Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
- Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, and taking pictures
- Participating in private chat rooms to discuss the product being tested, as required by market research firms
- Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
- Utilizing MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology, a cutting-edge smartphone technology, to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses
Requirements
