Key Responsibilities
- Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches, utilizing your analytical skills to identify the best talent.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates, demonstrating your creativity and problem-solving abilities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, showcasing your proactive approach to work.
- Manage the notices in the different job portals with which we work, evaluating the candidates that apply to them and ensuring that our recruitment processes are efficient and effective.
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open, utilizing your attention to detail to ensure that we are targeting the right candidates.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team, demonstrating your ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Marked attention to detail in daily work, ensuring that all data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- 1+ previous work experience in a related field (is a plus), although we are open to considering candidates who are new to the industry but demonstrate a strong passion for data entry and analysis.
