We are looking for a well-organized, detail-focused, and quality-driven Data Operations Analyst to join our remote team. As a Data Operations Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in efficiently processing the inflow of fund documents received via email and portals, ensuring accurate matching to the corresponding investor vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are savvy at navigating the web, working within web-based software applications, and possess excellent data-collection and data-entry skills.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail in data entry. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. A demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced professional role is also essential.
An Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree is a plus, as is previous experience in data entry, operations, administration, or a similar role. Knowledge or experience within the financial services industry is also desirable, although not required.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external parties. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour for a 40-hour workweek, with an approximate 9-month engagement. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. We prefer candidates who are willing to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
