Key Responsibilities
- Login to the Gopuff Driver app and receive trip offers for deliveries from our facilities
- Pick up orders from our centralized facilities and deliver them to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive delivery experience
- Manage your schedule and choose when you want to work, with the flexibility to drive as little or as much as you want
- Use your own reliable vehicle, smartphone, and data + text plan to complete deliveries
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid U.S. driver's license
- Have a vehicle with insurance and registration in your name
- Own a smartphone with a data + text plan
- Be willing and able to pass a pre-paid alcohol delivery training course (where applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous delivery experience as a delivery driver or courier driver
- Experience with gig economy or ridesharing services
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
