About the Role of a Digital Delivery Manager A Digital Delivery Manager is a highly specialized professional who can handle the urgent needs of one or more agile product development teams. This role is a modern hybrid of project manager, scrum master, and ship/release manager. As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will work closely with product owners to organize back-office teams and collaborate with engineers to get questions answered and code updates. Your primary responsibility will be to manage communication between stakeholders, define mitigation strategies to address risks and issues, and provide clarity to the team that results are sent according to the inventory found by the product manager. Key Responsibilities Gather and manage a group of health products in the risks of the level, reflection, and integration Report all incidents to management and various stakeholders Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and team integration of initiatives across portfolios and products Create and configure an application plan tailored to your goals and strategies Modify the structure in response to changes Understand resource management and the value of resource management Use standard procedures and tools to perform audits and performance evaluations for specific products Support problem-solving and facilitate incremental program (IP) sessions and pre-planning of all deliverables based on product or cost stream Understand the objectives and key results (OKR) framework and work with your team to measure results Help allocate resources and provide teams with the support they need to resolve breakdowns and report issues Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field Certified PMP, Pgmp, Agile, Safe RTE or equivalent More than 3 years of experience in project or delivery management Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Safe, and Kanban processes, providing guidance and best practices to the team Experience as a Delivery Manager (RTE) and/or Project Manager/Project Manager Experience in developing and implementing Agile or DevOps processes in SAFE or other systems Proven track record of delivering successful projects and working with business and IT Ability to develop and manage detailed plans, schedules, and strategic reports Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital transformation initiatives Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: More than 2 years of experience in project or delivery management Knowledge of e-commerce and digital transformation initiatives Experience leading an agile development team in the past Ability to modify the structure in response to changes Understanding of resource management and its benefits, and ability to practice one or more of the associated skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Costco, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
