Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Consultant, Inbound, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with small businesses from across the country to understand their financial needs and challenges
- Providing expert guidance on our connected solutions, including QuickBooks, TurboTax, and other Intuit products
- Asking insightful questions to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our solutions
- Converting prospects into customers by presenting tailored solutions that meet their business needs
- Ensuring customers are on the right platform for their business, measured by online mix rates
- Selling connected services that solve more than the core problem they initially presented with, measured by attach rates
- Driving revenue growth by exceeding your sales goals
- Spending at least 70% of your time interacting with customers, measured by productive time
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in sales, preferably in the financial services or software industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- A consultative sales approach, with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of customer interactions
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in using sales tools and technology, including CRM systems
