Job Highlights Location: Remote, with opportunities to work at various Disney World locations Compensation: Competitive salary of $25/hour, with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement Start Date: Immediate openings available, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs Company: Workwarp, a leading provider of luxury hospitality services Position: Disney World Bar Tender, with opportunities for career growth and development Key Responsibilities As a Disney World Bar Tender, you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a magical and memorable experience Crafting unique and delicious cocktails, using your knowledge of mixology and creativity to develop new and exciting recipes Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making every guest feel like a VIP Working effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other Bar Tenders, servers, and hospitality staff to ensure seamless service Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order Developing and implementing new ideas and initiatives, to continually improve and enhance the guest experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of experience as a Bar Tender, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment A strong knowledge of mixology, including classic cocktails, wine, and beer Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management A commitment to exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating a magical and memorable experience for every guest The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a Disney World or other theme park environment Certification in mixology, such as a bartending license or certification from a reputable organization Knowledge of Disney World policies and procedures, including those related to hospitality and customer service Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management Teamwork: The ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other Bar Tenders, servers, and hospitality staff to ensure seamless service Problem-solving: The ability to think critically and creatively, resolving problems and challenges in a fast-paced environment Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including changes in staffing, menus, and procedures Attention to detail: A high level of attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring that every guest has a magical and memorable experience Career Growth and Development At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
