**The Role:**
As a Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, each day, you're the friendly first point of contact for customers, scheduling service appointments and dispatching our expert technicians. You keep everything running like clockwork-booking jobs, collecting payments, and ensuring all office inventory is stocked and organized. You are the go-to person for solving customer issues, maintaining a clean and efficient front office, and helping technicians stay on schedule. Your day is fast-paced, varied, and never boring!
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
* Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians in a timely and efficient manner
* Manage office inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and organized
* Collect payments and process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and efficient front office environment
* Assist technicians with scheduling and logistical issues
* Troubleshoot customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives
**Requirements:**
* Customer service skills, with a patient and empathetic approach
* Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
* Ability to solve problems on the spot and keep things running smoothly
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or dispatching; experience with ServiceTitan CRM a plus
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with ServiceTitan CRM
* Experience in dispatching or customer service
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
**Schedule & Location:**
* Location: This is an in-office role based in Poughkeepsie, NY.
* Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
