Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and drive sales growth. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in handling high-volume calls and emails, managing customer inquiries, and providing timely resolutions. Main Responsibilities
- Manage and assign emails to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
- Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a prompt and efficient manner
- Receive payments from customers, process credit card transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Enter tracking numbers into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and eCommerce websites to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing exceptional service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide verbal and email quotes to customers, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
- Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, negotiate terms, and resolve any supply chain issues
- Process orders with vendors, confirm order acknowledgments, and ensure timely delivery of products
- Keep track of backorders, follow up with vendors and customers on ship dates, and provide regular updates on order status
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Maintain accurate records of past-due invoices, follow up with customers, and resolve any outstanding issues
Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce customer service and sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Highly detail-oriented, with a proactive work ethic and excellent organizational skills
- Friendly and patient demeanor, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in eCommerce software and ERP systems
- Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility

- Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus, with the ability to learn and adapt to new products and technologies
